At Waggitt, we are committed to delivering fresh, natural, and high-quality pet treats and supplements with care and transparency. Please read our delivery, cancellation, return, and refund policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver Waggitt products across India, subject to service availability in your area.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing and delivery.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier partner operations.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box or restricted addresses.
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and contact information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Delays or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or incorrect contact information provided by the customer, any re-delivery charges may need to be borne by the customer.

2. Cancellation Policy

Since many of our products are freshly prepared and processed soon after order confirmation, cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing or dispatch stages.

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order status is marked as “Pending”.
  • Orders that are already processed, packed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us with your Order Number and cancellation reason.

Waggitt reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.

Cancellations by Waggitt

In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, delivery restrictions, or operational issues.

If such cancellations occur, customers will be notified promptly and eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

We take great care in packing and delivering every Waggitt product. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • If only part of the order is affected, replacement or refund will be processed only for those items.
  • If the entire order is affected, we may offer a full replacement or refund.

Once verified, replacement orders are generally processed within 2 to 4 business days.

4. Refund Policy

If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Refunds include the product value and applicable taxes.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error or courier partner fault.

5. Important Notes

  • Due to the nature of pet food products, we do not accept returns for opened or partially used items.
  • Orders refused or cancelled after dispatch may incur return shipping charges.
  • Additional information may be requested by our support team to investigate complaints and improve customer experience.
